Job Summary

Our client a leading global healthcare/pharmaceutical organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Custom Application Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern front-end and back-end technologies along with strong capabilities in solution design architecture discussions and delivering scalable high-performance applications within an agile/SCRUM environment.

This is a 6-month contractual position with a strong likelihood of extension. The role involves a two-round interview process and supports a healthcare/pharma client project.

Lead the end-to-end development of custom web applications using modern full stack technologies including React Angular and FastAPI
Design and participate in technical solution architecture system design discussions and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders
Develop scalable secure and high-performance front-end and back-end components
Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
Ensure best practices in code quality testing performance optimization and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners designers and DevOps engineers in an agile/SCRUM environment
Implement robust logging monitoring and error-handling mechanisms
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership where required

Requirements

5 years of experience in full stack software development
Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Angular for front-end development
Extensive backend development experience using and/or FastAPI (Python)
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL MongoDB or similar
Strong expertise in system design architecture and scalable application development
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) is highly desirable
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
Proficiency in writing unit integration and end-to-end tests
Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and stakeholder interactions in a global environment
