The Assistants Team plays a central role within the organization acting as a critical enabler of efficiency coordination and operational excellence. We operate in a dynamic multi-location environment and we work in close collaboration with all management levels of all divisions in the Bank. We closely interact with our main stakeholders in the Group including P&O IT Finance Facilities Risk Travel Admin team.
Role
In this role you will perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature to EB CRO (Chief Risk Officer) and play a backup Assistant role to facilitate several Committees. You will communicate with senior-level contacts on regular basis. Provide secretarial/administrative and practical support across all areas and levels of the organisation. Role holds cross-divisional complexity and diverse contacts with board members (non-executive directors) top positions at regulatory side and sometimes CEOs of banks and other companies (client side)
Your part of the deal:
- You will schedule appointments arrange/coordinate meetings support agenda management for the EB CRO and his/her direct reports.
- You will facilitate EB CRO attendance for senior-level committees.
- You will organize events such as offsites.
- You will organize and maintain EB CROs correspondence and records following up on pending matters with limited direction.
- You will communicate with internal stakeholders such as Management Committee and other committee members and CEO.
- You will arrange business travels and track expenses.
- You will prepare special reports and take meeting minutes format documents gather information summarize and analyse data in advance and in support for the CRO and his/her team.
- You may draft correspondence for EB CRO final approval.
- You will support the organisation and preparation for several EB committees such as the ROC and the CALCO.
- You will be a key member of a pool of assistants working in close collaboration to ensure continuous coverage of responsibilities/backups and overseeing the tasks of secretaries

Your profile
- At least 3 years of working experience in Assistant position will be an asset
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Discretion and integrity to handle highly confidential matters
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Action oriented initiative taker with ability to work independently
- Professional team player with flexible attitude towards work
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and of collaborative tools
