The role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring people who share our values to join our Outside School Hours Care team.
In this role youll support children aged 5-12 in a fun safe and nurturing environment. Shifts are available before school and after school offering you genuine flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

The role youll play:
- Provide care for children with a focus on ensuring health safety and wellbeing
- Set up and deliver engaging play and learning environments and activities
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children families and colleagues
- Support childrens social emotional and physical development through fun play-based programs
About you:
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing and alignment with Lady Gowrie Tasmanias Children First values
- Experience working or volunteering with children (desirable)
- A genuine interest in supporting childrens learning and development
- Hold or be actively working towards a certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care (desirable but not essential)
- Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration (child-related activity childcare services)
