The Provider Recruiter Associate plays a critical coordination role within the Provider and Advanced Practice Provider Talent Acquisition function. The position supports recruitment strategy execution by managing operational workflows facilitating candidate progression and ensuring accurate documentation and financial processing related to provider hiring activities.
This role partners with recruiters to support offer documentation candidate communication reimbursement coordination and job profile administration. It contributes to recruitment lifecycle continuity by tracking licensure and credentialing milestones monitoring new graduate and pending licensure timelines and ensuring hiring readiness in alignment with compliance and regulatory standards.
The Provider Recruiter Associate serves as a liaison between recruitment credentialing finance contracting and hiring leaders to promote transparency accuracy and timeliness in hiring processes. The role supports job profile management requisition assignments and administrative requests related to workforce structure and compensation alignment. Additionally it provides backup support for employment agreement coordination and job profile activation processes as needed.
This position strengthens provider recruitment infrastructure by improving process consistency reducing recruiter administrative burden and enhancing service delivery to internal stakeholders and candidates.Medical Dental Vision plans
