Masters Degree or relevant certifications (e.g. SHRM-SCP SPHR) preferred.7 years of progressive experience in talent management learning & development organizational development or related HR functions is required with at least 2 years in a leadership or management knowledge of leadership development assessments succession planning programs & leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations is Authorization to work in the US is required.
