Duration: 16 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Schedule:
Monday Wednesday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM 9:00 PM
Position Overview
Seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support both front and back office clinical operations in an outpatient healthcare setting.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment provides patient-centered care and is comfortable performing both administrative and clinical duties.
Required Certifications
Active LPN/LVN License
BLS or CPR Certification
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Support
Measure and record vital signs
Room patients and prepare them for exams/procedures
Assist providers during examinations and procedures
Administer medications and vaccines
Perform phlebotomy (blood draws)
Enter visit documentation into the EHR
Provide patient education and treatment instructions
Process patient phone calls according to clinical protocols
Administrative Support
Greet and schedule patients
Answer phones
Maintain exam room readiness and medical supply inventory
Provide general clerical support as needed

Strong computer and EHR proficiency
Critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
