Preferred Skills/Experience

Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Extensive hands on experience in ReactJS EcmaScript 6 and above

Extensive experience on creating Micro front end applications.

Modern JS (browser ) CSS SCSS and HTML5

Good Experience in NextJS / other Javascript frameworks

Front end state management Redux Flux ContextAPI etc

Client API GrapQL Apollo Client Axios Fetch wrapper etc

Knowledge of accessibility(A11y) and hands on experience with implementation along with supporting tools. WCAG 2.0 and above ADA compliance tools.

Reusable React JS component development.

Extensive experience on Responsive design system

Micro frontend architecture

Webpack with the entire ecosystem

Understanding the architecture of web applications whats going on under the hood

Knowledge of OOP and patterns

At least a basic understanding of web application performance Tools and libraries cache management state management.

SCSS / CSS 3 Style components

Webpack 4 and above

Artifactory system

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and CICD tools like Jenkins Cloudbees etc

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel Webpack NPM etc.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Familiarity with code versioning tools (GIT TFS)

Thorough understanding of a feature the users impacted the flows impacted and features purpose.

Technical designs are clear well thought out and considers dependencies failure states maintainability testability and ease of support.

Considers scalability reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs.

Understands the teams domain how work in this domain relates to the teams objectives and deliverables and how it contributes to overall business strategy and how technical strategy maps to this.

Thoroughly understands the business model in relation to their current product focus area.

Ability to analyze the bigger picture identifying and prioritizing with the aim to consider more than one domain within an analysis.

Looks for opportunities to simplify product & technical design.

Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team including engineers product owner scrum master third party vendors and customers.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
