This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering customer support and product influence with a direct line into leadership and the global engineering team. Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering required
Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Robotics Engineering
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for deployed robotic systems at customer locations
Assist sales team with technical consulting and pre-sales support
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with system integration partners on design setup and inspection
Conduct inventory inspections and manage product inbound/outbound logistics
Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
Identify and report technical risks and improvement opportunities to HQ
Maintain service history and documentation
Support company exhibitions and trade shows with technical expertise
