Job Summary
Are you friendly a quick-thinker professional and compassionate Are you looking for a job that will change lives If so wed love to meet you! Our office is under new ownership and our team is looking for someone to join us to train as a Case Coordinator and help support our communities in SWFL.
Case Coordinators are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From answering phones to being in the field interacting with clients and referral sources a Case Coordinators scope of responsibility is varied fast-paced and rewarding. A mix of social services operations scheduling and customer service are all parts of a Case Coordinators exciting role.
Case Coordinator Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting with prospective clients
- Getting to know caregivers registered with the office
- Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs
- Completing customer service visits with clients
- Working as a team in an office environment.
Case Coordinator Job Requirements
- Nurturing ability (caring empathetic compassionate)
- Articulate with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented; good documentation skills
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
