Case Coordinators are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From answering phones to being in the field interacting with clients and referral sources a Case Coordinators scope of responsibility is varied fast-paced and rewarding. A mix of social services operations scheduling and customer service are all parts of a Case Coordinators exciting role.
Case Coordinator Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting with prospective clients
- Getting to know caregivers registered with the office
- Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs
- Completing customer service visits with clients
- Working as a team in an office environment.
Case Coordinator Job Requirements
- Nurturing ability (caring empathetic compassionate)
- Articulate with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented; good documentation skills
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
