We are seeking a compassionate caring and dedicated Talent Acquisition and Community Engagement Specialist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary Home and Community Based Services team. Your Role in Our Mission

This career opportunity will partner with hiring managers to hone in on the much-needed qualifications per vacant opportunity. You will be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of Direct Support Professionals Qualified Professionals and other requisitions as needed. This position is mostly remote within the state of North Carolina with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the western region of North Carolina to support the needs of our home and community based services.

  • Competitive salary: $60000 annual salary for this full-time exempt position

What Were Looking For

To join our team you must be adept at passive sourcing have experience providing an engaging candidate experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you work smart build relationships and continue the ongoing growth of the organization. We also require:

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Behavioral Health or Healthcare recruiting background is required
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred
