Join SERVPRO as a Janitorial Services Technician and play an essential role in maintaining clean safe and professional environments for our clients. Were looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality janitorial and facility maintenance services.

In this role youll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in commercial and residential settings. Your work directly contributes to creating welcoming healthy spaces for employees customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine janitorial services including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and trash removal.
Clean and sanitize restrooms breakrooms offices and common areas.
Replenish supplies such as paper products soap and other consumables.
Maintain floors through proper cleaning methods (mopping buffing stripping waxing as needed).
Clean windows mirrors and glass surfaces.
Report maintenance issues safety hazards or supply needs to supervisors.
Load maintain and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies.
Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists.
Ensure job sites remain organized safe and professional at all times.
Provide courteous and professional interactions with clients and building occupants.
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training to improve cleaning techniques and safety practices.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Background check required.
Valid drivers license
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Skills Physical Demands & Competencies

Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (occasionally more with assistance).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend kneel reach and climb ladders when necessary.
Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment.
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
