Janitorial Services Technician

• Perform routine janitorial services including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms breakrooms offices and common areas.
• Replenish supplies such as paper products soap and other consumables.
• Maintain floors through proper cleaning methods (mopping buffing stripping waxing as needed).
• Clean windows mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues safety hazards or supply needs to supervisors.
• Load maintain and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Ensure job sites remain organized safe and professional at all times.
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with clients and building occupants.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve cleaning techniques and safety practices.
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background check required.
• Valid drivers license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
  

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (occasionally more with assistance).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend kneel reach and climb ladders when necessary.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
