Job Description
As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Clearance Required in CAMDEN AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence and help reduce security-related incidents through timely observation and reporting. You will interact professionally with staff and visitors support access control as needed and communicate clearly during routine activity and elevated situations. Pay Rate: $21.12 / Hour

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken per post orders.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings parking areas loading zones and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
- Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification visitor authorization and vehicle credentials and/or screening deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports monitor alarms and/or surveillance systems as assigned and communicate observations and concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
- Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Handcuffing certification is preferred.
- Pepper spray certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
