Job Summary
Job Description:
1) Data Analytics:
a) Analytics to aide operational efficiencies to increase block or flying hours and reduce ground time.
b) Develop predictive models to optimize scheduling resource allocation and maintenance planning.
c) Dashboard development formulation monitor/control and deployment for effects use of airline operations
2. Operations Research:
a) Apply operations research methodologies to solve complex problems in crew scheduling airports engineering dispatch and crew.
b) Lead the development of optimization algorithms and tools to improve operational efficiency.
c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operations research solutions.
d) Ground visitation of airports and other operational areas for better understanding of operations
3. Performance Improvement:
a) Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within airline operations.
b) Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement operational improvement initiatives.
c) Monitor the effectiveness of improvement projects and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
a) Develop and manage department budgets and resource allocation plans.
b) Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining operational excellence.
5. Collaboration:
a) Collaborate with various departments including flight operations maintenance ground services and customer service to ensure seamless passenger experience.
b) Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve operational goals.
Eligibility:
- Bachelors degree in Operations Research Analytics Engineering
- Experience in airline operations analytics planning or operations research with a minimum of 2 years in analytics
- Strong analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills
