Job Summary
Salesforce-DevOps Engineer

You will engineer contemporary architecture and services constructing solutions that remain scalable adaptable and replicable. You will support the service team in the design development and implementation of Honeywells enterprise Internet of Things (IOT) core platform services.
This role has Salesforce CRM DevOps responsibilities as part of the Customer & Commercial Excellence Organization. The C&CE portfolio of projects include Digital Customer Experience and Commercial Excellence Solutions including Web Commerce etc.
Your role will also include overseeing supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing endtoend processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development professional growth and overall success
Responsibilities
This role will have the following responsibilities
- Delivery of global SFDC solutions for the Honeywell enterprise
- Ensure SFDC based applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes
- Ensure alignment and support of all systems relative to security and data privacy policies
- Lightning component development Lightning design development
- Administration setup e.g. managing users security controls and data as well as creating roles profiles and reports.
- Designing custom objects custom fields picklists page layouts workflow approval processes process builder validation rules custom tabs reports Visualforce pages dashboards and email generation as per application requirements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree: Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4 years IT Experience
- Salesforce Certificated professional
- Experience in DevOps Solution
- Experience in Apex and Visualforce page development
- Understanding Salesforce Metadata and Salesforce deployments
- Understanding of Salesforce environments and testing strategies
- Understanding of Agile & DevOps

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across borders.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal technical teams and external business teams
- Must be a team player who is self-motivated organized and pays strict attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Able to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment
