Security Officer Residential Driver Patrol

As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol Route in DALY CITY CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential community you will conduct routine patrols and vehicle rounds staying highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and support residents and guests. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will document activity respond to calls for assistance and communicate clearly with your team. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures community policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms disturbances access issues and/or other incidents in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community including amenities parking areas common spaces and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor and help to control access at community entrances and common areas by checking credentials as required observing vehicle and foot traffic and/or directing visitors to appropriate locations.
• Complete routine reports and documentation such as patrol activity incident reports and/or maintenance observations and promptly report unusual activity or property concerns through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
