DescriptionThe Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front office operations to ensure guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. This role supports hotel management by supervising staff resolving guest concerns and maintaining smooth efficient desk operations.
Responsibilities- Complete team member schedules for the department.
- Process incoming and outgoing reservations.
- Ensure timely and friendly guest check-in/check-out process.
- Set-up room blocks.
- Verify transactions for accuracy and correct errors as needed.
- Coach and counsel team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Ability to operate office equipment and multi-line phones.
- Perform under pressure in an interruptive environment.
- High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.
ADDITONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent pushing pulling bending and walking.
- May be subject to smoking environment moderate noise and bright lights.
