Speech-Language Pathologist (Home Health) & Clinical Fellowship Supervisor
As a full-time Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) you will provide skilled compassionate care to patients in their collaboration with the Case Manager and interdisciplinary care team you will assess treat and support patients with speech language cognitive-communication voice fluency and swallowing disorders. You will also act as an educator and patient advocate promoting improved communication and quality of life.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities you may serve as a Clinical Fellowship Supervisor overseeing and mentoring speech-language pathology Clinical Fellows as they work toward certification. When supervising a Fellow in your area your weekly visit expectation will be reduced allowing you the time and flexibility to provide comprehensive training support and evaluation in line with certification standards.
This dual role allows you to continue your direct patient care while contributing to the growth and development of future SLPs through meaningful mentorship.
