Job Summary
Position Summary
The Evaluation Associate supports the design implementation and dissemination of evaluation and research activities across multiple projects. This role conducts mixed-methods evaluations synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data and produces high-quality reports and presentations for diverse audiences. The Associate collaborates with project teams to analyze findings and translate results into actionable insights that inform program improvement and strategic decision-making. The position contributes to evaluation strategy and methodological rigor while independently managing project components with strong analytical and communication skills. This is a remote position. Strong written skills developing research and scholarly products such as presentations briefs reports and manuscripts Mixed-methods expertise with proven abilities to synthesize survey and interview findings Content analysis experience particularly related to publications and policy analyses Ability to work independently on tasks
Work Schedule
40 hours; Monday Friday from 9 am 5 pm remote
