What Youll Do:
- Present new vehicles to customers in an engaging and informative manner to facilitate quick and satisfying sales.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Network and Maintain connections with upfitters vendors and suppliers to streamline operations and enhance customer offerings.
- Oversee and control commercial vehicle inventories to ensure availability and quality.
- Engage in outside sales and proactive prospecting to expand our customer base.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure all sales and delivery documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain Ford certification and proactively pursue further training.
What Were Looking For:
- Must have prior experience as a Fleet Manager
- Quality and Integrity: A strong commitment to delivering quality service with integrity and professionalism.
