Assistant Director Full Time Las Vegas NV
Wage:$23.00/HR
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Assistant Director position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site. Observes and reports activities and incidents providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel visitors and premises.
As a Assistant Director you will be performing a variety of management functions while providing direction to Lead Security Supervisors on requirements priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
- Nevada Guard Card required.
- Nevada Drivers License required.
- 1 year of security supervisory experience required.
- 2 years of security officer experience required.
