Our team is looking for candidates in the following fields:

Geotechnical Engineering

• Conduct site investigations and geotechnical analysis for construction projects.
• Assist with soil testing foundation design and slope stability assessments.

Geology

• Work on geotechnical investigations environmental site assessments and remediation projects.
• Contribute to the understanding of site conditions risks and potential environmental impacts.

Civil Engineering

• Support civil engineering projects involving site development land development and construction management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.

Environmental Engineering

• Assist with the design and implementation of environmental solutions including water treatment waste management and sustainability projects.
• Support environmental assessments regulatory compliance and site remediation efforts.

Environmental Science

• Support environmental teams in environmental assessments environmental planning and permitting and site characterization and remediation efforts.
• Assist with ecological field assessments plant and wildlife identification wetland delineation and environmental compliance.

Water Resources

• Plan design and manage water-related infrastructure projects such as dams reservoirs and streams.
• Provide innovative solutions to stormwater management problems stream restoration erosion and sediment control and living shoreline designs.

Water/Wastewater Engineering

• Assist with design analysis and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Work on projects that support environmental sustainability and community health.

Bridge Design & Engineering

• Contribute to the field inspections design analysis and maintenance of bridges and other critical structures.
• Apply engineering principles to ensure safety efficiency and structural integrity.

Transportation Engineering

• Assist with the planning design and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects.
• Work on projects ranging from roadway design to traffic analysis and transportation systems planning.

Structural Engineering

• Provide the designs planning analysis and calculations for facilities and commercial buildings.
• Work on projects that are fully integrated with technology using the most recent software developments such as BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Mechanical Engineering

• Assist with the planning and design of buildings using the three critical systems mechanical electrical and plumbing systems (MEP).
• Support facility construction in site plot plans 3D equipment layouts and plant modeling general arrangement drawings isometrics and bill of materials utilizing the latest CAD and 3D software.

Construction Management

• Responsible for ensuring all construction project objectives and standards are met.
• Partner with clients and teams across transportation water energy and facilities to manage construction risks guarantee quality cut long-term maintenance costs and protect the public.

Facilities Market

• Provide a broad range of commercial industrial and institutional facilities projects to address the needs of facilities engineering and architecture from inception to project completion and beyond.
• Develop lifecycle solutions for a wide range of facilities projects from site planning to systems commissioning to operations and maintenance.

What Were Looking For:

• Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in any of the listed engineering geosciences or environmental fields.
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering environmental engineering mechanical engineering geotechnical engineering geology environmental science or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills critical thinking and a passion for engineering solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to learn grow and develop professionally.

The expected salary range for the position is displayedin accordance withthe Maryland Wage Transparency Law. Finalagreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and Salary range: $20.09 per hour- $30.18 per hour.
