1. Job Information:
Job Title: Technical Service Specialist
Business: PU Automotive
Reports to: Technical Service Manager
Location: Shanghai / China
2. Job Purpose:
( the statement of job purpose in one or two clear and concise sentences )
Develop suitable adhesive products to satisfy customer requirements timely
Provide timely technical service support to Customer and project development together with sales team
Handle technical evaluation independently in due course by designing program and operating related facilities at ATC
3. Principal Accountabilities:

Spot technical support
- Provide technical service support to Auto/flex customers
- Fast and quality response to customer request on time
- Maintain relationship with counterparts at high standard during daily work
- Improve and resolve customer production problems
- Provide technical consultant service to create business opportunity
Formulation modification and project related product development
- Work with sales team to develop marketable robust formulation
- Optimize and modify existing product in line with customer requirement
- Conduct systematical lab evaluation/analysis of products
- Carry out machine evaluation on product performance independently
- Follow and implement trial plan strictly
4. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed
( education experience skills and training required for the job )
Education:
Organic or Polymer related master is preferred
Experiences:
Integrity dedication open-minded self-motivated desire for learning independent and team-playing
Work experience in adhesive industry chemical fields is preferred
Knowledge in chemical or polymer synthesis area.
Over 6 years chemical related and 4 years PU experiences are preferred.
Skill:
Fluent English speaking and writing
Basic knowledge in chemical synthesis technology
Communicating skill
Analytical and creative thinking
Computer application skill (Excel Words Powerpoint)
Training:
On job PU technical and knowledge training
Facilities operation training in lab and machine hall
