Bilingual Inside Sales Technician (Latin America Region)

Key Activities/Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outbound calls to Latin American customers and prospects selling Jetstream pumps parts and accessories
• Proactively follow up with customers on quotes to close orders.
• Serve as a technical resource and answer customer questions about existing products. Sales Technician will be responsible for understanding waterblast applications and applicable accessories associated with the cleaning solution.
• Receive incoming customer calls for quotes and orders and use technical expertise to up-sale.
• Work with LAC RSM to map manage and update the customer base via CRM.
• Attend Trade Shows and occasionally travel with sales personnel inside and outside US as directed.
• Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas.
• Train with multiple departments/disciplines (sales operations etc.) throughout the company on a rotation schedule.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%.
• As directed quote and follow up contractor requests outside of LAC.
• Create monthly parts sales reports reflecting performance and initiatives in key markets.

Job Requirements

• 0-3 years of technical sales or related experience required.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency required.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software suite
• High energy self-starter that works well in team settings and can work with minimal guidance at times.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of various sales and service teams. Strong desire to work with both internal and external customers
• Must possess a high degree of initiative and can assist in making sound business decisions
• Demonstrated excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
• Skilled at presenting information via electronic or face-to-face modalities that engages the audience and transmits relevant and correct product information
• Highly organized and able to manage wide range of administrative duties with competing priorities.
