Work Location:
- Onsite at100 N.E. Columbia Blvd. Portland OR 97211
Work Hours:Shift: 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM M-F and weekends on demand
Description:
- Lead and oversee maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment and systems in a food and beverage production environment.
- Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs based on AM/PM concepts to minimize equipment downtime and maximize reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues ensuring production schedules are met without compromising safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders repairs and parts usage utilizing ERP and SAP systems for inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies including the proper use of safety shoes and other personal protective equipment.
Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance reliability or similar in a food manufacturing environment
- Understanding of AM (Autonomous Maintenance) / PM (Progressive Maintenance) concepts
- Experience in ERP SAP preferred
- Safety Shoes required
