Job Summary
Maintenance Technician Monroe NC $30$35/hr Day & Night Shifts Available
About the Company Work for a global leader in packaging manufacturing This is a large facility is a fast-paced growing operation with strong investment in their maintenance team and equipment.
What Youll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and execute timely repairs to keep production running
- Conduct scheduled inspections and complete maintenance work orders accurately
- Collaborate with production supervisors to plan and coordinate maintenance activities
- Maintain parts inventory and ensure proper documentation of all maintenance work
- Follow all safety regulations lockout/tagout procedures and company policies
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in electrical mechanical and/or PLC troubleshooting
- Experience with hydraulics pneumatics and conveyor systems a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
- Must be comfortable working day or night shifts as needed
- Forklift certification and welding experience a plus
