Job Description: Practice Nurse (4 Days per Week)
- Location: Yorkshire
- Hours: 4 days per week
- Rate: 30 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Chronic Disease Management: Asthma COPD Diabetes Hypertension etc.
- Treatment Room Duties: Wound care dressings cervical smears immunizations and injections.
- System Use: Proficient in SystemOne for patient records and clinical tasks.
- Patient Education: Provide advice on disease prevention health promotion and lifestyle changes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with GPs other nurses and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
- NMC registration.
- Experience in chronic disease management and treatment room procedures.
- SystemOne experience preferred.
- Immediate availability for 4 days per week.
