People Team
Our People team partners closely with leaders and managers across the business to deliver a great employee experience - supporting everything from day-to-day people challenges to broader culture capability and growth initiatives. Were a small commercially minded team who move fast and arent afraid to roll up our Cardiff youll be part of a team of three supporting a large high-volume Customer Operations function - its varied fast-paced and no two days look the same.
What Youll Be Doing
Were looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team in Cardiff for a 12-month maternity cover.
- Support and coach managers through various stages of the employee lifecycle helping them build confidence in handling employee relations cases effectively and autonomously.
- Use data and trends to help identify and implement proactive solutions
- Support the Lead People Partner on initiatives related to performance management learning & development wellbeing and inclusion
- Support the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processes
- Collaborate with the wider People Function to define initiatives policies and tools that enable our people to succeed

Were Looking For
- Previous experience in a People and/or ER-focused role ideally in a fast-paced technology driven operationalenvironment
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of ER cases confidently pragmatically and with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - calm under pressure and confident advising managers
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies
- Resilient solutions-focused and motivated to grow and develop within a supportive team
