Rutgers The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to join Rutgers Summer Arts Institutes administrative team. The candidate will provide operational support to the Summer Arts Institutes summer program for students grades 6th through 12th. For more information on Summer Arts Institute Rutgers Community Arts please visit: Among the key duties and responsibilities are the following: Assists the Program Administrator(s) with basic clerical duties and administrative tasks as needed to support program operations. Serves as the primary point person for the front desk and triage incoming questions and concerns. Performs data entering and maintaining notes and report to Program Administrator(s)and/or Nurse as necessary. Checks attendance and dismissal procedures of program classroom specialistsand students. Coordinates with the setting/removal of catering meals. Ensures facilities are tidyand clean. Assists with the supervision of students during transitions covering staff breaks. Upholds program policies and procedures ensuring a safe and respectfulenvironment.
