Projektsteuerung:Erstellung professioneller Unterlagen wirtschaftlicher Analysen sowie überzeugender Präsentationen

Pitch-Management:Vorbereitung und Durchführung erfolgreicher Präsentationen vor Investoren

Deal-Execution:Steuerung komplexer Verkaufsprozesse von A bis Z

Financial Modeling:Entwicklung fundierter Cash Flow- Markt- Objekt- und Portfolioanalysen

Client Relationship:Ganzheitliche Kundenbetreuung von der Erstansprache bis zum Transaktionsabschluss

Business Development:Eigenverantwortliche Führung von Verkaufsmandaten und Neukundengewinnung

Negotiation:Vertragsverhandlungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Sourcing & Networking:Akquisition attraktiver Objekte und Aufbau wertvoller Netzwerke national und international

Dein Profil

Qualifikation:Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium Immobilienökonom oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Expertise:Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gewerblichen Immobilienbereich

Marktkenntnis:Exzellente Kenntnisse des süddeutschen Immobilienmarktes oder fundierte Bewertungserfahrung

Sprachkompetenz:Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Technical Skills:Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel

Persönlichkeit:Ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent Teamfähigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
