The Division of University Housing at the University of Wisconsin Madison is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead our Off-Campus Housing Services.
The Off-Campus Housing Services office is the central resource for students and families seeking information about navigating the off-campus housing market. This position oversees the administrative operations of this office and will advance program goals and objectives. They are a public facing resource for off-campus housing for UW-Madison and provide educational programs build relationships with landlords and meet individually with students who need assistance.
Work Schedule:
Serve as a primary resource for off-campus housing for UW-Madison students.
Work with housing providers to improve information available to students regarding availability pricing timelines for applying and signing leases security deposits and other aspects of rental units.

Off-Campus Housing Services is a resource within University Housing to help students and families navigate the housing search. The service is designed to provide students with the resources to make informed decisions and to offer follow-up support as needed. The starting annual salary is $77000 or higher based on qualifications with a competitive retirement and benefits package including vacation holidays and paid time off.
