Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed inMinnesotato provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for24 hours a week. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iriss behavioral healthcare partners expanding access to quality able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry neurology and psychology and be supported by an experienced administrative teamso you can focus on what matters most: patient care.
About the Role:
Setting:100% Remote - Join a CCBHC in Minnesota
Schedule:24hrs/wkin CST Monday Tuesday & Thursday schedule
Patient Population:Ages 5 with diagnoses includingBipolar schizophrenia depression OCD anxiety ADHD and PTSD
Appointments: 60 minutes forinitialvisits 20 minutes for follow-ups.
Role Support:This roleis basedat an outpatient community mental health center in full support from onsite staff to handle rooming vitals labs giving you more time to focus on what you do bestpatient care!
Collaborative Environment:We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.
No on-call duties!

Qualifications:
An active PMHNP license in the state of Minnesota is
Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issuedpreferred
Availability for 24 hours per week with the ability to work during CST hours
Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5
Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients across all acuity levels
PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
