POSITION OVERVIEW
This position compiles and maintains records processes payments/credits balances accounts and provides research for chargebacks/disputes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry.
- Process and produce customer invoices reviewing all documents for accuracy and billing
- discrepancies
- Review POD make sure adjustments are being submitted and enter serial numbers
- Conciliate daily logs and daily billing
- Process inventory receiving from each branch match correctly to the invoice and Purchase
- Order
- Code and enter accounts payable data
- Research invoice issues/discrepancies
- Print and match invoice and receiving ticket
- Match up daily drafts with correct invoice
- Research discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to multi-task and work within specified timeframes
- Ability to work in a fast paced self-directed environment
- Previous work experience in the construction or distribution industry a plus
