Were looking for a Quoting Assistant to join a busy Residential Property team and provide key administrative support to the Business Relationship Manager. This is your opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients turning enquiries into successful sales while developing your career in a supportive fast-paced environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming client enquiries via phone email and web forms
- Providing accurate quotes for residential property sales and purchases
- Maintaining internal records completing forms and tracking data
- Giving clients the information they need about services and following up to maximise lead-to-sale conversion
- Carrying out general administration with accuracy and attention to detail
- Working safely and professionally in accordance with Health & Safety requirements
- Supporting the team with any reasonable ad-hoc tasks
About You:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills confident on the phone and via email
- Able to work independently prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused proactive and motivated to contribute to a busy sales environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
