About the Role:

Youll help oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant ensuring exceptional food service and guest experiences throughout every shift.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager youll support in managing the team maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality and ensuring operations run efficiently.

Youll also support with performance reporting stock and cost control guest feedback response and promotional activities stepping into full management responsibilities when the Restaurant Manager is absent.

About You:

• Proven Experience Youve worked in a fast-paced restaurant or F&B setting in a supervisory role with a strong knowledge of food drink and service.
• Inspirational Leader You lead by example and support your teams development with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Financial Awareness You understand cost control revenue generation and reporting contributing to commercial success.
• Strong Communicator Youre confident in providing clear instruction and collaborating across departments.
• Adaptable & Calm You stay composed and flexible under pressure managing service shifts and last-minute changes smoothly.
• Detail-Oriented You care about getting the little things right and make sure standards never slip.
