Job Summary
Fletcher Elementary School is looking for a full-time classroom teacher beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. The anticipated assignment is Grade 1. Fletcher Elementary School is seeking an enthusiastic and caring educator to support our students. The ideal candidate will be a team player familiar with Responsive Classroom and PBIS practices. A knowledge of early literacy and early math instructional practices is preferred. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of best practices in multi-tiered systems of supports use approaches for data-driven literacy and mathematics instruction have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the climate of the school. We are looking for an educator with the ability to build a respectful classroom community where students feel a sense of safety and belonging. Applications accepted through SchoolSpring only.
