As a Supplier Quality Engineer you will join the team in Bristol to support our activities within the aerospace sector.
You will support supply chain quality activities across key aerospace programmes ensuring suppliers meet strict quality delivery and performance requirements. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams you will help drive continuous improvement manage non-conformities and ensure production builds are sustained through effective supplier engagement and recovery actions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain quality activities to ensure continuous delivery and support production builds
- Investigate and report supplier non-conformities supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Track supplier recovery plans and ensure actions are implemented and closed effectively
- Support regular supplier performance reviews and quality meetings
- Conduct supplier quality inspections and assessments on-site when required
- Work with engineering manufacturing and procurement teams to resolve quality issues
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and ensure suppliers meet programme quality requirements
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Experience in supplier quality management or supply chain quality roles
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Experience managing non-conformities and supplier recovery plans
- Good understanding of quality management processes within engineering or manufacturing environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
- Minimum 35 years of experience within aerospace automotive or advanced manufacturing environments
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with Airbus or Airbus Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers
- Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) programmes
- Understanding of project management principles within quality or supply chain functions
- Experience working on defence or military programmes
