Job Summary
Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Umluj Saudi this role you will be the backbone of our sales operations providing essential support to our sales team while delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Sales Coordinator you will manage administrative tasks coordinate client communications and ensure seamless execution of sales activities for our luxury resort destination.
- Coordinate and support all sales team activities including client meetings presentations and events
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information and sales data
- Process client inquiries reservations and orders in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and organize sales proposals contracts and supporting documentation
- Manage client communications through email phone and in-person interactions ensuring prompt and courteous responses
- Track sales metrics pipeline data and performance reports for management review
- Coordinate logistics for client events site visits and promotional activities
- Liaise between clients and internal departments (operations marketing finance) to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for sales records and client information
- Support the sales team with research competitive analysis and market information
- Follow up with clients on outstanding proposals and sales opportunities
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination sales support or similar administrative role
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization with integrity
- Preferred: Experience in the hospitality luxury resort or tourism industry
- Preferred: Event coordination or meeting planning experience
- Preferred: Multilingual capabilities (Arabic French or other languages)
- Preferred: Knowledge of luxury hospitality operations and client expectations
Additional Information :
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination scheduling and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
