Job Summary
This role is for a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer responsible for overseeing the safe efficient and compliant operation and maintenance of electrical systems and utilities within the plant. The position involves planning and executing preventive predictive and shutdown maintenance activities ensuring adherence to safety norms including LOTO and JSA and supporting automation systems to minimize downtime. The engineer will lead troubleshooting efforts perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for equipment failures.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for recognizing potential hazards during critical maintenance activities and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols including coordination of work permits and implementation of LOTO procedures.
- You will be responsible for planning and monitoring predictive preventive and shutdown maintenance activities maintaining good housekeeping in utility areas and ensuring availability of critical spares while optimizing consumption.
- You will be responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure such as transformers generators and indoor/outdoor substations including 33 KV H.T LTPCC and DG areas.
- You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining control systems performing frequent backups and identifying opportunities for automation to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults performing breakdown maintenance with quick turnaround and conducting CAPA using RCA Why-Why analysis and incident investigation techniques.
- You will be responsible for training team members on basic maintenance procedures and tools and assessing their ability to handle installations and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining documentation as per ISO cGMP and statutory requirements including master maintenance schedules and updates in SAP.
- You will be responsible for identifying process abnormalities implementing lean practices such as 5S Kaizen and Autonomous Maintenance and supporting small project modifications in coordination with plant leads.
Qualifications :
Educational Qualification
Diploma/Graduation in Electronics Electrical Automation Mechanical Engineering or related field is mandatory.
Minimum Work Experience
3 / 6 years of experience.

- Experience with OEM-provided control systems including communication signals (e.g. PLC SCADA DCS) sensors actuators and automation panels is preferred.
- Experience in integrating automation solutions with existing manufacturing processes including MES batch control and interlocks for safety and efficiency is desired.
