Key Duties

Plan supervisemonitorand evaluate the food production and menu-based catering for students
Successfully managingmentoringand developingyour culinaryteam including kitchen hands cooks and chefs
Deliver to our clients high expectations of a premium experience
Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
Maintaining a high standard of food hygienesafetyand cleanliness

The Person

An unwavering love of food and the art of cooking
Experience in leading mentoring and developing teams
Experience in stock control ordering management of food costs and budgeting
Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating
Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
