Build deliver & give follow up to training and development programs for In-Field personnel aligned with brands strategy focusing on product sales knowledge and sales skills in order to deliver on AbbVies business priorities. Develop and maintain the virtual education program through the LMS platform aligned with the modules created by the international training team to keep the Mexico program aligned and updated For maintenance programs and launches.
Qualifications :
- Teamwork with Marketing Medical AMI and In-Field Teams to identify Sales force training needs and training outcomes that will support Brand plan execution.
- Teamwork with International Training Team to align the LMS training program with the Mexico training needs.
- Teamwork with affiliate leaders to identify soft skills opportunities in consequence develop and deliver training content in response to local needs within the global framework by using innovation tools and models.
- Continuous evaluation & follow up to training strategy.
- Deliver training courses for the Sales team including inductions for new staff sales and office employees launchings and national meetings.
- Attending local & international sales conferences and workshops when required.
- Ideally 20- 40% time: Coach Field Sales team in their territory providing formal and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to Cross team initiatives trough workshops and other in-person or virtual facilitation sessions.
- Develop deliver & follow up training programs for all the employees aligned to the local needs.
Additional Information :
- Bachelors degree level or equivalent
- Track record of success as sales representative and ideally sales manager or some training rol
- English language fluently ideally.
- LMS Management & content creation ideally.
- High self-learning capacity in science topics Solid training & communication skills (Formal Training Needs Analysis & Solutions) paired with strong coaching and counselling skills.
- Presents/breaks down information and clearly communicates scientific information and data
- High planning and organizing skills. Ability to manage workload and priorities and keeping up to date with emails whilst being away from the office delivering training
- Strong facilitation skills including providing constructive feedback / interpersonal skills / coaching skills /sensitive to peoples needs / deal with people at different levels and functions
- Must demonstrate innovative and creative mindset in a proactive rol
- Accountability ability to plan and manage training projects and possess the drive to see projects through to completion.
- Track record of success in delivering results and meeting customer expectations - in a teamwok environment
