Role Overview
The Senior Designer / Senior Design Director serves as a lead individual contributor responsible for translating client needs into fully realized buildable design solutions. This role combines client-facing consultation advanced technical design and coordination across internal teams to deliver high-quality commercial environments on schedule and within budget.
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage client projects from initial design through post-installation support.
- Develop and present space plans lighting ceiling designs furniture layouts and finish palettes.
- Produce sign-off pre-construction and construction drawing sets in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate directly with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Guide clients through design decisions with confidence and clarity.
