SERVPRO of Miami Beach is hiring a Project Coordinator!

- Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
- Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status audit and work-in-progress
- Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
- Review and validate job site documentation
- Work closely with Office Manager and Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
- Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed
- Bilingual: English & Spanish Required
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated work holidays and afterhours
- Must be knowledgeable in the following computer applications: Adobe Acrobat Office 365: Outlook Excell. Plus if also uses: Xactimate WorkCenter 2.0 ARworkflow Video and imaging editing applications.
- Be a resident of Miami Miami-Dade County Miami Beach North Miami South Miami Hollywood Pinecrest Kendall Homestead and/or the Florida Keys
