The What
As Senior IT Operations Specialist you are responsible for thestability performance and security of Blackwaves IT infrastructure.
You enable teams across engineering manufacturing and operations to work efficiently by ensuringrobust systems reliable networks and scalable IT services.

- Maintain and improve the IT infrastructure across the organization
- Ensure high system availability performance and security

- Support employees across engineering manufacturing and operations with IT systems and tools
- Work closely with internal teams to understand technical requirements and operational needs
- Coordinate with external providers when necessary

Location & Work Setup
This role requiresstrong on-site collaboration with teams and systems.
- Primary work location: Blackwave sites in Munich
- Flexible presence across Taufkirchen and Garching-Hochbrück
- Regular on-site presence required to support engineering and manufacturing teams
YOUR PROFILE
You likely bring:
- Several years of experience in IT operations or IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of networking system administration and IT security
- Experience managing IT environments in growing organizations
- A hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills when working with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing or engineering environments
- Experience with automation or infrastructure management tools
