POSITION SUMMARY
Monadnock Family Services is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA/CNA) to join our outpatient mental health team. The LNA/CNA provides clinical support to nursing staff psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychiatrists ensuring high-quality care for clients across the lifespan. This role involves obtaining vital signs supporting clinical documentation assisting with appointments and promoting client safety wellness and recovery within a structured recovery-oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Current LNA or CNA license/certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work with clients across the lifespan including pediatric adult and geriatric populations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient mental health or behavioral health settings.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Experience assisting with medication administration.
- Understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-oriented practices.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to obtain 1202 medication training with MFS 1202 nurse trainer.
OTHER EXPECTATIONS
Maintain a valid drivers license acceptable driving record proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.
Transport clients in a personal vehicle when required and appropriate in accordance with agency policy.
