Private Duty Caregiver (LNA CNA Background)

The Role:

As a Private Duty Caregiver you will provide personalized one-on-one support to older adults. This role allows you to step away from the chaos of managing multiple residents at once and focus entirely on the safety comfort and well-being of a single client. You will utilize your clinical knowledge andcaregiving skills to assist with daily living while also having the time to build a genuine relationship share stories and truly help your client thrive at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.

• Maintain a safe home environment support safe transfers/mobility and assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Utilize your observational skills to monitor for changes in the clients physical or cognitive condition promptly communicating concerns to the care team.

• Provide meaningful companionship emotional support and engagement.

• Accurately follow individualized care plans and complete daily shift documentation.
  
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Active LNA or CNA certification or equivalent hands-on professional caregiving experience.

• Experience in nursing homes assisted living hospitals or rehab facilities is highly valuedwe respect the skills youve built and want you to use them in a healthier environment!

• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
