Job Summary

Schedule	Mon - Fri 8a-5p
What Youll Do	Essential Functions: As an intern you will work directly with the Loan Services team and learn how to: Daily Responsibilities Learn processes and systems used in servicing DCUs consumer loan portfolio. Support the Loan Research team by assisting with daily workflow tasks within established service levels. Help process memberârelated research items such as payment corrections service requests and loan inquiries. Gain exposure to quality control activities including report review and auditârelated tasks. Assist with departmental emails mail processing and documentation updates. Collaborate with team members across the Loan Services Department to understand endâtoâend loan operations.
What Youll Need	Ability to commit to one of the full internship program periods: May 18 through August 14 or June 1 through August 21 High school diploma or equivalent Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Finance Accounting or a related field.
As an Intern You Will	Gain handsâon experience with loan research member service workflows and the systems used. Strengthen your teamwork and collaboration skills Develop insight into the financial services industry Expand your professional network through frequent networking and learning events
