Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Location: 6700 Chad Colley Boulevard Fort Smith AR 72916
Schedule: PRN As Needed 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) a month and at least 1 holiday a year.

What Youll Do
- Support therapeutic interventions and guide patients through treatment activities.
- Communicate progress concerns and observations to the OT and interdisciplinary team.
- Teach families and nursing staff how to carry out followthrough programs and home exercises.
- Manage daily scheduling tasks and enter posttreatment charges accurately.
- Document patient care in alignment with regulatory licensing and payer requirements.
- Keep treatment areas and equipment clean organized and safe.
- Uphold all compliance professional and ethical standards.
- Contribute to a positive collaborative rehab environment.
What You Bring
- Active COTA license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication timemanagement and clinical documentation skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (preferred).
- A commitment to highquality care and teamwork.
