Linden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Recreation Aide tojoin the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn NY!

Recreation Aide Responsibilities
- Prepare recreationalprograms and activities to meet the functional levels needs and interests ofresidents
- Maintain records ofresidentsâ attendance and participation in activities
- Coordinate activitieswith other departments as necessary
- Follow care plans inproviding daily activities for residents
- Encourage residents totake part in personal development
- Promote physicalsocial and mental well-being of residents
Recreation Aide Requirements
- High school diploma orits equivalent
- Strong interpersonaland communication skills
- COVID-19 Vaccination
Preferred
- Previous experience inlong-term care
