Job Summary

Responsibilities

CORERESPONSIBILITIESANDTASKS:

TheEarlyTalentProgramManageroverseesthedevelopmentimplementation andongoingmanagement ofearlytalent programs designed to build a strong pipeline of future leaders across corporate functions. While the primary focus is on Finance and IT this role will design scalable frameworks adaptable to other corporate groups as needed.

ThisrolereportsintotheCorporateDivisionLearning&OrganizationalDevelopmentDirectorandservesas astrategic partner to HR Corporate Functional Leadership and Talent Acquisition. This role partners closely with other critical stakeholders including early talent program participants and managers to deliver consistent quality early talent experiences.

Responsibilitiesincludebutarenotlimitedto:

  • OverseethedevelopmentandexecutionofearlytalentprogramexperiencesforCorporateDivisionfunctions including onboarding professional development communications rotations and career transition.
  • SupportmanagersandHR BusinessPartnersinpreparingforandhostingprogramparticipantsaswellthrough post-program transitions.
  • Developandexecuteastreamlinedconsistentcommunicationstrategytoprovideregularupdates andinsightsto key stakeholders.
  • OverseeprogrambudgetsinpartnershipwithCompensationandfunctionalbusinessleaders.
  • Gatherandsynthesizefeedbackdataandobservationstodrivecontinuousimprovementofprograms processes and participant experience.
  • PartnerwithLearning&DevelopmentandTechnical/FunctionalExcellencetoensuretrainingpathsand experiential learning is aligned with program goals and required capabilities.
  • Applystrongprojectmanagementskillstodevelopmatureandexecuteprograminitiatives.
  • CollaboratewithTalentAcquisitiontoshaperecruitmentstrategiesandensureeffectiveexecutionofrecruitment processes for early talent pipelines.
  • PartnerwithHRfunctionalleadersandstakeholderstoensurebusinessneedsaremetandprogramsalignwith organizational priorities.

This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way Cleveland OH 44113.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Required:

  • BachelorsdegreeinHRBusinessCommunicationsorRelatedField

Preferred:

  • Certificationand/oradditionaleducationintrainingprojectmanagementchangemanagement

KNOWLEDGE& EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 2yearshumanresourcesexperienceincludingtalentacquisitionuniversityrelationsgeneralistor learning and organizational development
  • Projectmanagementskillswithdemonstratedexperiencewithcreatingprojectplansandatrack record of success in coordinating and completing projects.

Preferred:

  • Minimum1yearsinmanagementskillswithdemonstratedexperiencewithcreatingprojectplansand a track record of success in coordinating and completing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Abilitytoanalyzequalitativeandquantitativedatatogenerateinsightsandrecommendations
  • Experiencewithprocessimprovementsincludingtheidentificationofanimprovementandfollow through with implementing the improvement.
  • Changemanagementexperienceparticularlyintalentprograms
  • Experiencedesigningtalenttoolsframeworksordevelopmentresources
  • Experiencewithprocessimprovementsincludingidentificationofandfollow-throughwith implementing the improvement
  • Experienceinacustomer-facingroleorleadingmeetingsandgivingpresentationstosmallandlarge audiences
