Job Summary
Job Title: Coffee Shop AssistantReporting to: Coffee Shop ManagerWe are looking for a friendly and proactive Coffee Shop Assistant to join our front-of-house team. Our onsite eatery holds a 5-star VisitScotland rating and offers breakfast coffee and tea lunch and afternoon tea. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our high standards are consistently is a temporary part-time role expected to last approximately three months working on a fully flexible basis. We are happy to offer flexibility with working hours for the right of pay: 13.08 per hour increasing to 13.45 per hour from 1 May duties:Amongst other duties you will bewelcoming customers and providing excellent customer servicemaking and serving drinksoperating the tilltaking orders and serving fooddemonstrating your knowledge to customers by advising and assisting with food ordersSupporting the team with general cleaning and tidying dutiesAbout you:You willpreferably have previous experience within a fast paced customer facing environmentbe a reliable team playerhave a pro-active approach and can-do attitudehave excellent communication skillsbe able to stay calm under pressurebe committed to delivering exceptional customer service every timeAbout UsFounded in 1797 Johnstons of Elgin is an innovative luxury clothing brand celebrating 225 years of experience in working with the worlds finest fibres.
